Truckers Legacy Life is a licensed insurance agency. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, sell, share, retain, and protect personal information submitted through our websites and insurance lead forms.

Information we collect

Contact information, including name, mobile number, email address, ZIP code, and state.
Insurance qualification information, including driver type and experience, dependents, coverage need, existing coverage, financial ranges and goals, date of birth, tobacco or nicotine use, height, weight, major health conditions, and preferred contact time.
Consent records, including the TCPA language shown, timestamp, source, and available consent certificate information.
Advertising attribution, including UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, ad or creative identifier, landing URL, and referrer.
A browser session identifier and technical information needed to secure, operate, and measure the form.

How we use information

We use personal information to process an insurance information request, qualify and route the request, match it with a licensed insurance agent appointed in the consumer's state, contact the consumer, maintain consent and compliance records, prevent fraud, measure advertising, and operate our services.

How we disclose, sell, or share information

We may disclose or sell lead information to licensed insurance agents appointed in the consumer's state so they can respond to the insurance request. We describe these recipients by category rather than listing each agent or agency individually. We may also disclose information to insurance carriers when a consumer chooses to proceed toward an application.

Service providers may process information for hosting, customer relationship management, analytics, form delivery, consent certification, communications, security, and technical support. Current infrastructure may include Cloudflare and HubSpot. These providers process information for the purposes described in their agreements with us.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud, or as part of a merger, financing, or sale of business assets.

Texts, calls, and email

I agree that Truckers Legacy Life and the licensed insurance agents appointed in my state who receive my request may contact me at the phone number and email address above, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message. Do not sell or share my personal information

California residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy rights may opt out of the sale of personal information or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit an opt-out request, email privacy@truckerlegacylife.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” or call (773) 923-9449. We will use the information supplied with the request only to verify and process it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, opt out of certain processing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, or appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right. We may verify a request against contact information on file.

Advertising attribution and cookies

Advertising platforms may set cookies before a consumer reaches this site. We collect attribution parameters supplied in the URL and may use browser storage to keep one visit from being split into duplicate records. Additional tracking technologies will be described here before they are enabled.

Retention and security

We retain lead, consent, attribution, and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to service requests, meet insurance and telemarketing record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Information is transmitted using HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this questionnaire.
