These terms govern use of the Truckers Legacy Life website and insurance qualification questionnaire. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.
Who we are
Truckers Legacy Life is a licensed insurance agency (NPN 21570122). We generate insurance requests and match them with licensed agents appointed in your state. Our agent network is licensed in all 50 states. We are independent of the insurance carriers we are appointed with, and we are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any government agency.
Insurance information, not a quote
Information on this site is general. It is not an offer of coverage, a carrier illustration, or a guarantee of premium, eligibility, cash value, or benefit. No coverage exists until an insurance carrier approves an application, issues a policy, and receives any required premium. Product availability, approval, and rates depend on state, age, health history, tobacco or nicotine use, driving history, and carrier underwriting.
Insurance, not investment advice
Life insurance is an insurance contract. Indexed products do not invest the policyowner directly in a market index. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice.
Submitting a request
By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are legally permitted to submit it. A licensed insurance agent may contact you in accordance with the consent associated with your request and our Privacy Policy.
Lead matching
Truckers Legacy Life may route, disclose, or sell a request to a licensed insurance agent appointed in the consumer's state. Submission does not guarantee that an agent or carrier will offer a particular product or that coverage will be available.
No professional relationship yet
Using the site or submitting the questionnaire does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agent-client, or insurer-insured relationship. Any insurance relationship begins only through later interaction with a licensed agent and an issuing carrier.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit information for another person without authority, or use automated tools to create false requests.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truckers Legacy Life is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on general information presented here. Insurance guarantees are backed only by the claims-paying ability of the issuing carrier.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date will be changed when the terms are revised.
